Jon Dibben Jewellery make their own high quality pieces as well as selling collections from some of the most respected jewellers and watchmakers in the world.

A customer with webq3m for four years, in late 2000 Jon Dibben Jewellery required a new, high-tech update to the existing site with a look and feel to reflect and integrate with the styling of their new retail outlet in Guildford, Surrey.
The site is designed with a relaxed, airy feel to give visitors an experience as close as possible to the real thing.

The main site is Flash 5 based, but intelligent scripting will ask users without Flash 5 installed on their computer whether they would like to download the latest version of the Flash player, or view the HTML version of the site. Users with the correct software (the large majority) are taken straight in to the main version of the site.
The HTML version of the site has been designed to be viewable on the widest range of devices possible and be extremely fast to download, while retaining the look and feel of the main site. The Flash programming necessary to allow the functionality of the main site is very involved. The site has been made to be incredibly stable which has been made hard by the slow fades of the site. To ensure that the site remains current well into the future it is designed to run on high resolution monitors (1024x768 pixels or higher), but will scale down to smaller monitors.
